Our 6-phase methodology for healthcare data archiving ensures your system is retired quickly, accurately and completely, with ongoing interface to the retired system and support from a highly experienced, responsive team.

Our methodology ensures that you know where your project stands, where it’s headed and when the work will be completed.

Here’s what you can expect from LDA after each stage of this process:

Project Kickoff:
Development of a project plan. Best-in-class strategy for retiring your system and archiving your data safely and securely, complete with customer/LDA-led tasks and estimated timelines.
Extraction & Transfer:
The entire dataset from the system—both data and images—will now be available for LDA to load.
Conversion:
Data load complete. Data has been received and loaded into an SQL or PostgreSQL database that will be used for project development. Actionable data is stored in a relational database for LDA to begin the process of data mining, mapping and development.
Build:
You’ll receive a custom Web application that fulfills your stated requirements, ready for validation.
Validation:
Signoff on the application. After organizing the UAT to verify all aspects of the application, LDA will resolve any issues as they are reported. At the end of this process, you’ll approve the application for go-live.
Close/Go-Live:
You’ll gain a validated, live application with user access based on customer-assigned roles.
