As a healthcare-specific service organization, Legacy Data Access is fully aware of all HIPAA requirements and our staff is full trained on the sensitive issues of dealing with Protected Health Information. All contracts include a Business Associate Agreement and we work diligently to protect our clients and their patient's information.

Your data is protected inside our secure environment. Our data center is itself secure; we utilize a secure VPN network for user connectivity with password protection; we adhere to our customers requirements for safe data transfer; our firewalls protect against intrusion, and all transmissions are encrypted.
