LDA is pleased to announce a new service component to our LegacySuite of data retention and access services - the LegacyVault.
LegacyVault is designed for the long term, inexpensive storage of data when that data is ready for full retirement. It addresses the possibility of a need to access that data even after it is fully retired. Your legacy data is secured and available for the indefinite future.
We migrate your data to our electronic "vault" for safe keeping and rapid access to it if or when required. Your information continues to work for you. LegacyVault provides immediate savings and benefits:
- Designed for the long term storage of the retired data
- No conversion required
- No loss of detail or integrity
- Your custom reports and web screens are stored also
- If access is needed, the data is quickly restored and available for web access and reporting
- Annual restore test to validate rapid restoration
- Off-site backup
